Update: New Docker plans

Docker’s updated subscription plans now include revised rollout dates: Existing plans will be available until December 9, and new self-serve plans launch December 10. Personal plan consumption changes are also delayed, taking effect December 10, while Docker Hub consumption pricing starts March 1, 2025.
