How can I get started with Docker Build Cloud?
Can I try Build Cloud?
If you do not have a Docker subscription, you may sign up for a free Personal account and a 7-day trial. Personal accounts are limited to a single user.
For teams to receive the shared cache benefit, they must either be on a Docker Team or Docker Business plan.
What is a builder?
A builder is a build engine that you can use to run your builds. Each subscription plan comes with a default builder configuration. Customization of the builder configuration can be purchased through additional add-ons. For more information on builders, visit https://docs.docker.com/build/builders/
What is the definition of “build minute”?
“Build Minutes” means the minutes used by the builders to access the Build Cloud Service from any user or automated system which is part of Hub organizations under a subscription plan.
Can I purchase additional build minutes?
Only Docker Pro, Team, and Business plan customers can buy additional minutes. Docker Pro and Team owners can buy additional minutes in buckets of 500 ($25), 1,000 ($50), 5,000 ($250), 10,000 ($500), or 20,000 ($1000) from within the billing tab of Build Cloud. You can buy more than 20,000 minutes by purchasing multiple buckets of minutes.
Build Cloud Business customers may purchase additional minutes as part of their invoice, or contact their account manager to add more during their billing period.
